1. Service Agreement
By booking regal drives services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Our luxury transportation services are provided subject to availability and compliance with Singapore regulations.
2. Booking and Reservations
- All bookings must be made through authorized channels (website, phone, email)
- Service confirmation will be provided within 24 hours of booking
- We recommend booking 48-72 hours in advance for standard services
- Celebrity handler and culinary services require 5-7 days advance notice
- Same-day bookings subject to availability and additional fees
3. Payment Terms
- Payment required at time of booking or as agreed
- Accepted payment methods: credit card, bank transfer, corporate accounts
- Prices quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD)
- Additional charges may apply for: extended hours, waiting time, route changes
- All prices include GST as applicable under Singapore law
4. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations more than 72 hours in advance: full refund
- Cancellations 48-72 hours in advance: 25% service fee
- Cancellations less than 48 hours: 50% charge
- No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours: 100% charge
- We understand emergencies occur and will work with you on alternative arrangements
5. Service Modifications
Changes to bookings:
- Route modifications during service subject to chauffeur approval
- Extended time requires advance notice and additional payment
- Service upgrades available subject to vehicle availability
- We reserve the right to substitute equivalent vehicles if necessary
6. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate pickup information and contact details
- Arrive at designated pickup points on time
- Comply with vehicle capacity and safety requirements
- Treat chauffeurs and vehicles with respect
- No smoking, illegal substances, or prohibited activities in vehicles
- Responsible for any damage caused during service
7. Limitation of Liability
regal drives maintains comprehensive insurance but liability is limited to:
- Maximum liability: service fees paid for affected booking
- No liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages
- Not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control
- Client property left in vehicles: reasonable care taken but not liable for loss
- Force majeure events exempt from liability
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be handled as follows:
- Initial resolution attempt through direct communication (30 days)
- Mediation through Singapore Mediation Centre if needed
- Binding arbitration under Singapore Arbitration Rules
- Jurisdiction: Singapore courts
- Applicable law: Singapore law
