Same-day bookings are accommodated when possible, subject to fleet availability.
What is included in the service price?
Each quoted price includes professional chauffeur service, vehicle usage for the specified duration, fuel, parking fees, and ERP charges within Singapore. For culinary journeys, the price covers coordination with restaurants but not dining expenses. Photography tours include location planning and permit access where applicable. Additional hours beyond the package can be arranged at an hourly rate.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Bookings cancelled with more than 72 hours notice receive full refunds. Cancellations between 48-72 hours incur a 25% service fee. Changes requested with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a 50% charge. We understand that schedules can shift unexpectedly, particularly for high-profile clients, and work with you to find suitable alternative arrangements whenever possible.
